FAQ

No, you may post a trip of any type – a getaway weekend or a trip around the world and anything in between.

You need to have at least one photo that will be the ‘featured photo’ of the trip. Additional photos are great to have, but not necessary.

Be sure that your photos do not exceed 20MB. We recommend resizing your photos so they are 1500px on the longest side. If your photos are larger than this, we recommend uploading them in batches of 4 or 5 at a time.

HEIC photos are not uploadable on the site. The easiest solution to get images from your phone to your computer in a non-HEIC version is to email them to yourself and then download them from your email, as airdropping or texting them makes them remain in HEIC format.  For future photos, you can change the settings on your phone to capture images in JPEG instead of HEIC.

If you can’t find a trip that you have submitted or that you were editing, please go to your profile, click on ‘my trips’ and check your dashboard at the top of the page. This will show you the number of trips that you have in the following categories: ‘published’, ‘in review’, ‘temporary close’, and ‘editing’.  Please check each of these categories to see if your trip is in one of these sections. For instance, if it is in ‘editing’ you may open the trip, finish editing it, save it and submit it. Until it is submitted and approved it will not be live on the site.

Yes, you can upload on your phone by clicking on the icon shown in the screenshot below.
