Charming hotel in the Cotswolds, United Kingdom Claimed

Thyme, Southrop, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom We chose to stay at Thyme https://www.thyme.co.uk/ for its location in the Cotswolds and its charm. It consists of a collection of restored old farm buildings and even boasts its own kitchen garden and farm. We loved our stay there. The staff was authentically friendly…you could tell they truly enjoyed working there. Thyme also houses a cooking school, so our twenty year old son took advantage of a couple of cooking classes. Needless to say, the food (and cocktails!) was delicious. We spent our days visiting neighboring villages, including the historic city of Bath, and taking long walks along the Thames.
